Background -
On the hunt to adapt some killer IP, Ryan recollected that Jordan West, a talented author from Vancouver, Canada, wrote a raw, true telling of her disastrous relationships to prove one simple theory: while the ultimate goal for a man is to find that low-level lunatic he can learn to live with, the ultimate goal for a woman is to find that one special asshole that doesn’t make her any crazier than she already is. After reading the book for the first time, Ryan was floored by Jordan’s story and could picture the script playing out in his mind. Ryan worked alongside Jordan as they put together a screenplay and a back-pocketed TV series surrounding the IP.
